1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the qbet platform and all its services. By visiting the qbet website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted the full content of these Terms.

• Operating an account while concealing your location using a proxy, VPN, or any other technical method is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of qbet's Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be required to verify your identity document, proof of address, and payment method details. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until KYC is completed. This process is carried out solely to prevent fraud and protect our users.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your qbet account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are directly responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently supported on qbet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

A minimum of ৳800 applies for withdrawals. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete or for technical reasons.

• Withdrawals will only be paid out via the same method used to make the deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• qbet reserves the right to verify suspicious transactions before approving a withdrawal.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The user is personally responsible for any applicable taxes or government levies.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000; or deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• Bonuses are only valid within a specified time period — expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• qbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent use of a bonus, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

All betting activities on qbet are subject to specific rules. It is important to read the specific rules for each market carefully before placing a bet.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless qbet makes a specific announcement to that effect.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, qbet reserves the right to cancel the affected bet.
• Bets will not be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of any event or match, qbet's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qbet platform:

• Money laundering or conducting any unlawful financial activity.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts or concealing your identity.
• Attempting to hack accounts, steal data, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, intimidating, or mistreating other users.
• Using platform content, trademarks, or intellectual property without permission.

If evidence of involvement in such activities is found, qbet may immediately close the account and seize the associated balance.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by qbet

qbet may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A breach of the Terms has occurred.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity has been found.
• Self-exclusion has been activated by the user.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. If a balance remains at the time of closure and there are no active bonus conditions, it will be returned to you.
